Clone of bug 1982203

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click existing account (e.g., user@hostname.com)
  2. Under, "Set Up Another Account", click Email
  3. While account hub is open, use a space switching keyboard shortcut

Expected result:

Nothing happens in the background

Actual result: the mail window in the background switches to the given space.
