Steps to reproduce:

  1. add a big cardDAV Address Book (6k entries in my case)
  2. compose a new message and start typing something in the "to" field

Actual results:

When I start typing, the interface hangs for ~2sec before the list of suggested completions from the address book is shown.

The Address Book is synchronized. When I click on the Address book to list the entries it also takes about 2sec to load - but there it feels less disruptive to the flow of usage.

Expected results:

cardDAV should be able to replace an LDAP-Directory and offer similar performance.
