This is a bit sloppy. If "load images" is checked you should write "sites from which images are NOT loaded", if not checked "sites from which images are loaded". it's not right as it is, but I don't think the change needs to be that complicated. as far as I know, there is only a "blacklist". if you uncheck the box, no images are loaded from anywhere - there is no whitelist. so the text can just be "are not loaded", right?
