When creating folders in "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder", they are listed on the
toolbar in the order in which they were created.  They were supposed to be
sorted, and listed, alphabetically.  They were sorted properly in the Bookmarks
Manager, but not on the actual bookmarks toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Sort bookmarks in alphabeticle order.
2.  Create folders and bookmarks in the "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder".

Actual Results:  
They were sorted properly in the Bookmarks Manager, but not on the actual
bookmarks toolbar.

Expected Results:  
List the entries on the toolbar as they are sorted in the Bookmarks Manager.
