Load a page wich contain a gif

Actual results:

I click on the image to stop this disturbing animation and there is no "stop" button.

Expected results:

It should be a stop button to stop the gif animation.
( there was any button like this before, no ? )

That page doesn't load for me. But no, there haven't been a button to stop gifs in a while. Extensions can do it. window.stop() as well.
