We need to have aburton@mozilla.com (Firefox Delivery Tools engineering manager) added to the ghe_mozilla_users group so she has better visibility into our work. We tend to do a lot of infra work that isn't in public repos.

So, adding to the ghe_XXX_users group provides no benefit of itself, but is required for the addition to the org.
We have a template for these requests here
Here's the meat of that template - with what I can discern filled out:
Mozilla Email: aburton@mozilla.com
Github Profile link: lexi-bee
Github Team(s) REQUIRED:
If you could provide the team name in the mozilla org that will grant them the needed access, then we can work on getting any needed approvals and the invites sent.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Also, note, if it's a *-wg team - that's handled via automation documented here, and we can't help with that, but will happily get them into the org in preparation for the automation folk.

Ah, thank you. I've already adjusted the workgroup teams in terraform (linked below). Might need to re-run the apply after this.
Name: Lexie Burton
Mozilla Email: aburton@mozilla.com
Github Profile link: http://github.com/lexie-bee
Link to approved PR for atlantis team membership: https://github.com/mozilla/global-platform-admin/pull/5142
This would be for the mozilla and mozilla-services orgs.

I don't see aburton in bugzilla, so I'll email them the directions, but will cc you for your awareness.

And to follow up, yes, you're going to have to reapply again after they've accepted the invites.
