Account autoconfig no longer providing correct information for automatic account setup

Steps to reproduce:
In Thunderbird, start creation of a new email account.
Put in your name and an @caltel.com email address (like test@caltel.com)
Actual results:
It returned host names of giowm1353.siteground.biz for both the incoming and outgoing mail servers. It also did not correctly provision the other port settings for SMTP Port and Connection Security
Expected results:
It should have contacted our autoconfig server at http://autoconfig.caltel.com/mail/config-v1.1.xml and used those settings. I do not know when this problem started occurring, as autoconfig has been working properly for years with our current autoconfig url.

The problem is that you also have a https://caltel.com/.well-known/autoconfig/mail/config-v1.1.xml file which takes precedence
