20120 - Select mail folder, delete button not grayed out

When a mal forlder is selected initially and no message is selected, the delete
button in the task bar is not grayed out. Scrolling through the list of
messages, or clicking on delete button, makes it grayed out.

Not sure if this is a bug. If the folder pane is focused, it seems legitimate to
enable the Delete button (for deleting folders).

Fix checked in.  When folder pane is selected the Delete Folder menu item and the 
delete button are (and appear) disabled.

In bug 27421 I remarked that when you select an account (not a folder) in the
account pane, the Edit | Delete Folder menu item should be either disabled or
should convert to Delete Account.

So for verification, this should happen (I think):

1. Folder selected; message in folder selected:
Delete button enabled; Edit | Delete Message enabled
2. Folder selected; no message selected:
Delete button disabled; Edit | Delete Folder enabled
3. Account selected (but no folder or message)
Delete button disabled; Edit | Delete Folder disabled

(2) is broken now.  The menu entry "Delete Folder" is gone, so you can't delete
folders.

Marking fixed again.  The delete button is intended to do the same function as 
the Delete menu item for folders and messages.  The current beta1 plan is to 
disable any commands that are not functioning, because Delete Folder will not be 
wired up for beta1, both the button and the menu item are not available for 
deleting folders.  This will come to life soon after beta1.  So the fix was to 
make sure that the menu item and the button were in sync.  This is done.  We 
could write a new bug to remind us to turn on the Delete Folder feature after 
beta1...
