Please search bugzilla before reporting bugs.
That said, all unrequested popups are blocked by default, there is no need for a
blacklist.

You are missing the point. What if I want them to be whitelisted by default?

Then uncheck "Block popup windows" in Tools > Options > Web features.
Having both a whitelist and a blacklist is just pointless (and a sure sign of
bloat).
Maybe I am missing the point. Is it possible that the default behavior is *not*
to block popups *except for a few sites I mention on a whitelist"? I think not.
Maybe it's not a popular request, but it isn't pointless.
