STR

  1. Ensure the new additional search engines section (replacing search shortcuts) is shown in the search engine preferences - if it isn't turn on browser.settings-redesign.enabled.
  2. Ensure there are enough entries that there is a scrollbar present.
  3. Drag one of the top entries down, such that it causes the entire list to scroll.

Expected Results

The list scrolls smoothly and only one scrollbar is shown.

Actual Results

As the list starts scrolling, a second scrollbar appears.

This happens regardless of the fix in bug 2008841.

The scrollbar does not appear when dragging an entry up the list.
