User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:149.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/149.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new profile and launch.
  2. Ensure sidebar.revamp = true in about:config.
  3. Press Ctrl+H to open the sidebar.

EITHER

  • a) Right-click a menu item in its horizontal center. On Windows, the cursor should be a pointer hand.
  • b) Right-click a menu item at the very edge of its hit box. On Windows, the cursor should remain as an arrow.

Actual results:

With a), link is opened in a new tab.

With b), right-click menu appears for menu item.

Expected results:

Right-click menu appears in both situations.

Apparently the auxclick event handler behaves differently depending on the OS or something, inside the sidebar's structure.
This issue reproduces for me on linux and windows.
