Please can you clarify which search engine(s) you are seeing this on, and which buttons are the "search refine" ones?

Hey Mark,
The issue happens for all search engines that have a 'related search' refine button (i've tested google, duckduckgo and bing). I've prepared a screen recording here - due to size restrictions, I've uploaded the recording on gdrive.
