Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Smart Window and navigate to a few websites in new tabs.
2. Open the Hamburger menu and Select the History option.
3. Open the Title Menu > Show all History History
4. Open the Hamburger menu and select the Chats option.
5. Open the Title Menu > Chats

Expected result

• The user should be redirected to the Firefox View Page for the History and Chats sections.

Actual result

• The History manager window is opened.
• The Chats menu options have no functionality.
