Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a Smart Window and navigate to a few websites in new tabs.
  2. Open a New Tab and start a conversation with the assistant.
  3. Restart the browser via Shortcut or from about:profiles

Expected result

  • The Smart window should be restored.

Actual result

  • All tabs restored to a Classic Window.
