Specifically, we need a way to display the logo either in the left sidebar (default) or centered if one of the following is true:
- Search is the only feature enabled
- Top sites is the only feature enabled
- Search and Topsites are the only features enabled
- No features are enabled
If any other permutation should have the logo on the left (inline-start) side.
