Splitting of a single image apears correctly in preview but wrong in printing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open gif-image (local file) with a lager size then fits to a single page
2. Print/Preview: the result looks acurate, the image is split on two pages
3. Print
Actual Results:
The print result looks different then the preview. On the first page appears the
whole image shrinked to the page size and not the first part of the splitted
image. The second page contains the whole image too, but shrinked to the size
expected for printing the second part of the splitted image.
May related (or identical) with Bug 103872, Bug 140387, Bug 146799 ?
On request, I can send the image that cause the error, it's a local file and has
no URL.

Not really a duplicate of bug 146799. 146799 is just about splitting images
across two pages; it has morphed to include the image-squashing aspect but this
wasn't mentioned by the original reporter. Image-squashing doesn't currently
occur on linux (the bug 146799 reporter's platform) so it may be
windows-specific. I intend to WONTFIX 146799 and I don't want to lose the
image-squashing issue.
