2016330 - Batch addressbook-multiget requests to avoid requesting too much at once

Currently, if we need to get some cards from the server, we perform an addressbook-multiget request and ask for them all at once. Some servers don't like returning large amounts of cards, so we should do it in batches. I propose the default batch size be 500, unlike the 100 in caldav which seems very low.
