Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Smart Window and ask the assistant to provide links to an Amazon website.
2. Reach a Website in a different tab.
3. Continue the conversation for the amazon website in the Sidebar.
4. Select the New Chat button in order to clear the conversation.
5. Change to a different tab and then back on the tab with the amazon website.

Expected result

• The Chat sidebar should be empty.

Actual result

• The previous chat is restored even though a user selected the New chat option before switching tabs.

Please also note that even if the user starts a different conversation and switches tabs, the previous conversation would be restored instead of current on going conversation and because of this qa considers this issue an s2. I will update the tag.
