2017229 - Pagination dots are barely visible on Nova onboarding, especially with dark theme

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a freshly installed build that has the nova onboarding (latest 149.0a1, RC 148.0 or newer)
2. Go through the onboarding cards and observe the pagination dots.

Expected behavior

The dots are visible with enough contrast.

Actual behavior

The dots are barely visible, especially with dark theme.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 149.0a1, RC 148.0.
• Android device model: OnePlus 13R
• Android OS version: 15

Any additional information?

Some devices have more contrast, so the issue is less visible, like on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android 16)

I filed bug 2021607 on this as well -- it looks like this is being fixed over there, so probably we can mark this as a duplicate?
