Preconditions
Have High Contrast enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a New smart window.
2. Ask the assistant something a memory would be used for.
3. Open the Memories used panel.

Expected result

• The Memory and the X Close/Delete button should be visible with High contrast mode

Actual result

• The X Close button is not visible with High contrast enabled

Hi Rares!
Is this a violation in reference to the figma file?
We updated these styles recently for consistency between HCM and non-HCM mode, so I want to check on the exact source of the violation here.

The issue here is that the X Close button only appears on Hover, with High contrast enabled I think it should be displayed all the time, the problem is that if its not displayed, there is no way for the user to reach it using keyboard navigation, if theres a visually impaired user that might want to delete that memory from that panel not only he wont see the X button but he will have no way to reach it.
