201900 - Button does not work on Profile Manager and unable to start Mozilla with mouse

2003041308-trunk/Win-Me.

In Profile Manager dialog window on startup, buttons(Manage Profile, Start
Mozilla, Exit) does not work.

Starting Mozilla itself can be done by Enter-Key since "Start" is set as default
on dialog.
Window close button("X" on top-right corner) works. 
No problem with 2003041208 or previous trunk.

Additional incident with 2003041308-trunk/Win-Me.

After starting Mozilla browser using "Enter Key", unable to start Mail&News from
Window/Mail&Newsgroups menu.
mozilla.exe -mail -P "profile-name" can start Mail&News but Mail&News can not
work properly.
For examle, no mails are listed in any mail folder, all menu action is disabled,
all tool buttons are diabled, ... etc. etc.

I found that this is DUPE of Bug 201889, "4/13 builds are broken - links /
bookmarks / history navigation (back) don't work".
