The subscriptions list should look and feel just like the offline folders list or the virtual folders selection list, but until now it hasn't because the underlying data comes from an nsITreeView rather than a TreeDataAdapter. Replacing that turned out to be easier than I expected, but the subscribe dialog has a lot of crufty old features that needed hooking up.
