2022 - table won't shrink very small

As the page above is narrowed, the table doesn't shrink as much as I would
expect it to be able to.  (I know there are limits, but I think they are being
set too large here.)  Also, if the window is maximized from a narrow position,
there are display problems, where the left side and right side of the screen
are a bit different.

I'm testing this with M7 under win98

I found that it is impossible to test this from apprunner, because the
view frame don't follow the shrinking of the window once I reach the
minimum width dictated by the chrome. (But that's another bug.)

I checked it in viewer, and there seems to be no problem, the table is
shrunk until it hits the longest word which says "double-checked."
(It was not easy to spot it because of the hyphen.)

So I'm resolving this "worksforme"

Yes, I get the same results in viewer. Marking Verfied Works for me.
