If a bookmark group is set as the home page, it can't be replaced
with an URL by D&D.

(1) Set a bookmark group as the home page
(2) D&D an URL from URL bar to "Home" on the personal toolbar

Actual result: The new URL is added to the home page group

Expected result: The home page group is replaced with the new URL
