STR:
- Ensure there are recently closed tabs/windows.
- Open the menu: "History" -> "Recently closed tabs/windows"
- Hover over items
Expected: No tooltip, or tooltip with useful information (e.g. 10 minutes ago).
Actual: Tooltip saying "undefined" (for recently closed tabs) and "null" (for recently closed windows).
