I will vouch for Josh getting level 1 commit access.

Probably shouldn't assign myself to the Bug, tho.

I vouch.
Thank you for the vouches. I can see that jaas@kflag.net already has L3 access that expired due to inactivity. I've reactivated the HG access now. Please note that it may take up to 1 hour for the updates to fully propagate across our systems.
Please reopen the bug if you encounter any issues with the access, thank you.
When I try to log into Lando Prod with jaas@kflag.net it asks for a password that I don't have. I don't see a reset option. Do you know how I can reset that password?

@jhung, Josh is still having trouble getting into his account.
@Josh could you provide details about what's needed?
See comment #7 for what I need - I don't have the password to log in to Lando Prod and I don't know how to get it or reset it.

Thanks for your patience. It does look like there was a recent change that happened where LDAP account is the only accepted login method.
(The other login methods weren't always associated with LDAP accounts, and SCM level permissions. This led to confusing situations where one could log in, but subsequently not do anything useful. By only allowing LDAP account logins, we tightened this gap.)
I've triggered a password reset on the account and the new temp password is sent to jaas@kflag.net. Once you've reset your password you'll probably need to set up MFA (I don't currently see on set up on the account) at https://login.mozilla.com/.
Let me know how that goes.

I was able to reset the password, and the password works, but now login fails with:
"Access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in Duo. Please contact your organization's IT help desk."

Yes, you need to set up MFA at https://login.mozilla.com/
Login with your password, then select MFA on the left menu and follow the on-screen prompts.
