A rename of the toolkit API is occurring in bug 2019983, we should propagate this change into GV and AC calls.

Rename:

  • GV Messages
  • GV API
  • AC API

Renames:

  • disable -- should become --> block
  • reset -- should become --> makeAvailable

Some renames happened in the underlying toolkit interfaces in bug 2019983.

This patch only propagates the rename by adjusting:

  • disable should become block
  • reset should become makeAvailable
