Spacing between the smart bar and web view is inconsistent due to the sidebar resize hover area. Padding is uneven and hover state is visible when it should not be.

  • Left and right padding between smart bar and web view are equal (8px per design)
  • Sidebar resize hover area does not increase or double the visible spacing
  • Effective spacing between smart bar and web view matches the right-side padding of the smart bar
  • No visible hover state for the resize area
