Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access: https://deviantart.com/
  2. Hover the mouse over the left/right arrow controls
  3. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
The arrow controls are displayed accordingly

Actual Behavior:
A graphical glitch occurs

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly
  • Does not reproduce in firefox-release, and chrome

This doesn't feel like a layout bug - it does different weird things every time I hover, so this might be graphics?

I can also reproduce this, and Dennis could on a mac. Given that this seems to reproduce on multiple OSes and with different graphics cards vendors, it seems somewhat unlikely to be a graphics driver bug.
