Steps to reproduce:
When going to a page that throws an error (Looks like there's a problem with this site), the "Retry" button is not focused.
Actual results:
The "Retry" button is not focused
Expected results:
The "Retry" button should be focused. Previous versions of Firefox would focus the button so you could use Space or Enter to press it.
