[PP]Regression: Folder icons show up in the File drop down menu

Steps:
1. Launch Messenger using the -mail option
2. Select a POP (or IMAP ) account
3. Click on the File menu to display the pull down menu
Actual result: Notice that the folder icons shows up in the File drop menu.
Note: folder names do not show up though.
Expected result: folder icons should not show up in the File drop down menu
This does not occur on WIn_nt and Mac. It is a Linux parity bug.
What happens is the the icons from the folder pane below the File menu are
showing through when you select the File menu. It's not repainting properly.

I'm sure we already have a bug on that issue somewhere. Will look for it later.
