If Print preview is used in Mozilla mail start page, it will not work and
Mozilla will not be able to close.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla mail.
2. On startup page (Welcome to Mozilla Mail & Newsgroups) right click and select
Print Preview.
3. Close Mozilla Mail.
Actual Results:  
1. Print Preview didn't work.
2. Mozilla stays active in task manager, or, if another Mozilla window is open,
under "Windows" it is shown without title.

Expected Results:  
1. Print preview should work.
2. Mozilla mail should close.

This bug is essentially the same as bug 173074 -- Print Preview should not be
enabled unless there are mail messages selected. Fixing that bug will fix this one.
