This patch is adding some missing API descriptions to our schema files.
In addition, this patch updates our annotation files and adds missing enum
descriptions (the schema files do not support enum descriptions) and missing
API descriptions for Mozilla APIs (we have no control over their schema files
and using our annotation system is much more flexible than asking them to
accept patches to their schema files).
This is almost a no-code patch, since most of the changes affect only the
annotation files, which are not affecting any code. It does touch a few
schema files, but adding descriptions is not a risk.
