203287 - Print Selection prints out one page only and skips the rest

To reproduce:
1. Open the URL
2. Select the article on the page, staring with title ``Organ Pipe Cactus
National Monument'' and ending right before footnote.
3. Print out the selection.

Actual result: Only one page is printed out. The rest of selection is skipped
(there should be around 6 pages). Footer on the page reports ``1 of 1''.

Provided URL also demonstrates the bug 158759 (selected text is printed
black-on-black).

The printing result is .ps file is coming.

I've just noticed another issue: the menu at right was not selected but appeared
on the printed page!

Didn't appear in v1.5 but now does in v1.6. Will only print the first of x pages.
