In the manual config step of account hub email setup, the number stepper in the port form input is not filling the height of the input anymore.

I've increased the size slightly and and the size of the padding slightly to make the stepper more clickable as part of this fix.
How to Test
- Open account hub and go to manual config by typing in an email and clicking manual config
- The number stepper should fill the height of the port form input and should be easily clickable
