Sidebar's add/manage buttons opens a new window rather than bring existing one to front
Build: 2003-04-25-08 Platform: All Expected Results: The existing File bookmarks or manage bookmarks window that is opened should come to the front of the window stacking order What I got: A new window is opened. The previous window that was opened remains in the background. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open sidebar and click on Bookmarks. 2) Click on either the Add or Manage buttons 3) The corresponding window should open (File Bookmarks (Add) or Manage bookmarks (Manage) ) 4) Now , click on the browser window so that it becomes the foreground window. 5) Click on the same button you did previously in Bookmarks sidebar (Add or Manage) 6) Instead of bring the existing window to the front , it creates a new one. So basically you have two copies of the same window opened at this point.

I think it makes sense to have multiple "File Bookmark" dialogs open at the same time. Otherwise you would lose the URL of the first bookmark you wanted to file when you hit the "Add" button for a second time. I have a fix for the "Manage" button in the patch for bug 93212.
