When composing a message on Yahoo Mail, normally it shows a Editing Toolbar 
(which gives options for colors, fonts etc).  It does not show up with Mozilla
and Netscape derivatives.  It works with Internet Explorer ... please fix this,
otherwise my wife will start using Internet Explorer again; it took me months to
wean her off of it the first time ....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto Yahoo Mail, Login to your account
2.Click on Compose
3.Editing Toolbar should appear, but doesn't

Actual Results:  
The Editing toolbar does not show up (below the Header fields).

Expected Results:  
The toolbar should have shown up.
