Some users are reporting that text inputs are doubled when typing into web pages.

If this occurs on 150.0.0, this root cause is same as bug 2029505. This issue is that any text transactions don't work after textbox is re-frame (reinitialize/recreate TextEditor). So when re-syncing text with Gecko and Android, unexpected behavior occurs.
This fix includes in 150.0.1
