In the "List All Tabs" menu, add a new "View All Tabs" item to the bottom that opens Firefox View "Open Tabs" when clicked.

Add a "View All Tabs" item at the bottom of the list all tabs menu's
scrollable tab list, which opens Firefox View.
Note that the item currently scrolls with the tab list as an ordinary
item. Pinning it to the bottom of the list will be done in Bug 2037517.
