User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:150.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/150.0
Steps to reproduce:
Environment: Fedora 43/Wayland
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:150.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/150.0
No particular steps, the issue starts occurring after 10-15 minutes of normal Firefox use. Restarting Firefox fixes it temporarily.
Changing widget.gtk.native-context-menus, widget.gtk.global-menu.enabled and
widget.gtk.global-menu.wayland.enabled from false to true or vise-versa has no effect on the issue.
Actual results:
- Context menus stop appearing
- Dialog elements on web pages, that show menu items (such as
<select>), stop displaying their items - Bookmark folders in bookmarks toolbar stop expanding
- Main menu items stop revealing (for example, clicking on "File" highlights it, but the actual items in File menu don't show up)
- Applications menu stops expanding
Expected results:
All menus should work.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Do buttons on chrome still work? For example, reload, forward, and backward buttons.
