In the personal tool bar, bookmark folders traversing is not same like as menu (
File, Edit .. ) traversing. Meaning click on "File" menu. Now it is submenu will
be listed. Now just move the mouse to the Edit menu, automatically all the
submenus of Edit will be listed. Similar feature can be given for bookmark
folders available in the personal tool bar.
