Several tests currently only pass because they're assuming we're using the older, xul-based bookmarks panel. As part of bug 2031312 where we are enabling the updated bookmarks panel only in Nightly , I'm adding a temporary workaround to disable the new bookmarks panel within these tests. We'll want to update these tests to pass with the new bookmarks panel before we enable in release.
