EWS Server settings shows two Advanced buttons:
This one:

Looks like hidefor isn't right.

Looking at hidefore, ews is also missing here:
https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/4856e7cae02e66b0fd717a2f235207e35940598b/mailnews/base/prefs/content/am-server.xhtml#360
but that doesn't matter, since the entire vbox is hidden at line 301. So maybe remove in redundant code at line 360.
