Prerequisites

• Have the VPN feature enabled on a large screen device;

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the main menu and select Settings.
2. Scroll down to the "Privacy and security" section and observe the "Built-in VPN".

Expected behavior

• The "Built-in VPN" entry aligns cleanly with standard settings items (like "Private browsing"), inheriting matching font weights, sizes, and left-side layout padding.

Actual behavior

• The "Built-in VPN" item is pushed to the far left margin, missing the standard layout padding, and exhibits mismatched typography compared to adjacent options.

Device information

• Firefox version: 153.0a1 (Build #2016164575)
• Android device model: Google Pixel C
• Android OS version: 8.0.0

Any additional information?

• besides the divider (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2042319), the issue is not reproducing on small screen devices;
