Desktop Launcher is a standalone application that is copied to the user's Desktop folder an expected to migrate with the user's data when they get a new computer.

If a user has an ARM64 machine and gets a new x64 machine, the current desktop launcher (which is built as a native (ARM64) .exe) will not run on the new x64 machine.
