I'm not sure if it's just because some trainhop updates have just landed, but some Thunderbird mochitest tasks fail with this error:

Can't download from https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/I6y2w0fVQ9uRbsn4K0G0cw/artifacts/public/build/target.trainhop.tests.tar.zst

Trainhop should not be included in the list of packages for Thunderbird tasks to download. I think we just need to update HARNESSES_NEEDING_TRAINHOP so that it is empty when the target is Thunderbird.
