Move “Hidden tabs” to be the last item in the list of tabs (Only shows when there are hidden tabs). But if any of the hidden tabs are playing audio, move "Hidden tabs" to be the first item in the list of tabs, and list each hidden tab playing audio right after "Hidden tabs" and before the first visible tab in the window.
