2048770 - DNS over HTTPS custom provider URL is not restored anymore

Steps to reproduce:

In Settings > Privacy and security > DNS over HTTPS

1. Select Custom radio button
2. Set the provider dropdown to Custom
3. Enter a custom URL (confirm setting in green status)
4. Set the provider dropdown to Cloudflare or NextDNS
5. Set the provider dropdown to Custom again

Actual results:

The URL entered in step 3 is not restored into the URL field. Instead the URL of Cloudflare or NextDNS is shown in the URL field.

Expected results:

I expected the custom URL I entered in step 3 to be restored when the Custom option of the provider dropdown menu is selected. This was the behavior before version 152.

Note, the value of the custom URL appears to be correctly saved in prefs.js, as before, under the key "network.trr.custom_uri" but it is not restored.
