2049709 - Make visual updates to the create/edit profile page to match Nova specs

We need to make some small tweaks to the about:editprofile / profile creation page to better align with Nova specs: https://www.figma.com/design/awJkTRxbFE65JjRoFofziO/Default-Firefox-Themes?node-id=14824-43491&p=f&m=dev

Specifically we need to:

• Change the card width to be more narrow
• Change the edit avatar button from the "Edit" link to a button with the pencil icon
• Remove the outline from the avatar indicator
• Change the action buttons ("Cancel", "Create Profile") to be size="large" (this size option is being implemented in Bug 2027874)
• No copy changes are needed - disregard any differences between the Figma mockups and the current text
