Update moz-button component to support style changes & additional needs across Firefox

Acceptance Criteria:

  • New size = large
  • New type = neutral
  • Small buttons have smaller inline padding
  • [!] Make sure roundness is just large enough to be a circle for one line. If border radius is 9999 it looks weird when wrapped

Neutral is handled in bug 2029183

Large may be needed sooner than later, but if the other updates are small we can get them all done here (otherwise maybe do large in its own bug)
